Refund Policy

At Whispering Whimsical, every product is made with love and care. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. Please read our policy below to understand how returns and refunds work.

  • Eligibility for Returns

        We accept returns only for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect when delivered.

        As our products are custom-made/handcrafted, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.

        To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and reported within 3 days of delivery.

  • Non-Returnable Items

        Personalized or custom embroidery pieces.

        Gift cards or digital products.

        Items damaged due to customer mishandling.

  • Refund Process

        Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

        Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

  • Exchanges

        If you receive a defective or damaged item, we will replace it with the same product (subject to availability) at no extra cost.

  • How to Initiate a Return

        Please contact us at whisperingwhimsical@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs of the product.

  • Shipping Costs

        If the return is due to our error (damaged/incorrect product), we will cover the return shipping.

        For other eligible cases, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs.
